After the first 2-year in Vietnam, students gain the flexibility to pursue numerous distinct specializations within the service sector. They can continue their studies in countries renowned for their expertise in this field, such as Switzerland, the USA, or other European nations, benefiting from a multitude of advantages.
Popular advanced specializations students can continue to pursue include:
- Restaurant and Hospitality Management: Focuses on hotel and restaurant operations management, front desk services, housekeeping, F&B, and enhancing customer experiences.
- Baking & Pastry Arts: Specializes in pastry techniques, bread-making, cake decoration, and professional dessert design.
- Culinary Arts: Develops professional cooking skills, from food preparation to menu creation and kitchen management.
