05University of Cincinnati & Keiser University, HCMC collaborate on a psychology research project
| 16.05.2025A group of 20 graduate and undergraduate students from the University of Cincinnati has completed a scientific research project on psychology for international students who are currently studying or planning to study in the United States. Part of the project was conducted in Vietnam in collaboration with Keiser University students there.
The goal of the project is to find solutions to help the international student community - who have or are planning to come to the U.S. to study - to prevent mental problems when faced with difficulties, such as cultural, language, and learning menthod shocks, as well as limitations in accessing information form schools and life effectively.
The project was chosen to be implemented in part at Keiser University, HCMC because more than 80% of the students who study at the school choose to study abroad in the U.S after completing the first two years of college. Therefore, the Keiser University students community in Vietnam is the most experienced individuals, contributing to the project finding the real causes and appropriate solutions to solve the problems that the project finds.
This cooperation activity is also in line with the development orientation of the two school in encouraging cultural exchange activities not only for sudents but also for faculty and academic management staff of the University of Cincinnati & Keiser University, HCMC.
