To provide further in-depth experiences in this field, the two universities have collaborated to offer a Wine Tasting class. This is a specialized training program within the Hospitality sector, focusing on wine tasting techniques and wine evaluation. In this class, students have the opportunity to learn about the wine production process, wine selection, and the unique aromas and flavors of different types of wines. They also learn how to pair wines with various dishes under the direct guidance of wine experts.
